When you create an account, request a demonstration, contact us, subscribe, or otherwise interact with the Services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization or team, role (such as athlete, coach, parent, club, or federation), payment details processed by our payment provider, and any content or messages you submit.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and general usage activity, through cookies and similar technologies.

Content you upload. Coaches, athletes, and organizations may upload training content, video, images, and related materials. This content is handled according to the settings and permissions of the account or organization that owns it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Create and manage accounts and process payments and subscriptions;
• Respond to inquiries, demonstration requests, and support needs;
• Personalize training experiences and platform features;

The Services support youth sports, and some athletes are minors. Accounts for minors are intended to be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or an authorized organization (such as a club, team, or federation), who is responsible for providing any required consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without proper consent, contact us at contact@aethervtc.ai and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We are based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
